They simply belong in every family, the eccentrics, black sheep and bizarre characters! How could it be otherwise with a ruling family that ruled their empire from Vienna for 600 years? We start with the world-famous Empress Elisabeth and quickly realize that Sisi was also the empress of neuroses, especially in her later years! As go the rulers, so go the closest advisors. Chancellor Kaunitz once resided in the Federal Chancellery, a hypochondriac before the Lord!
